Nik and Tina cordially invite you to read Friend-zoned.
A story of friendship, humor and love.
So, basically, Tina Tomic refuses to become involved with another guy after the heartbreak she went through (and what a heartbreak it was!). She owns Safira, a trendy clothing boutique in New York City right across a hot club called The White Rabbit. As she looks out of her storefront window, she doesn't fail to notice to unbelievably beautiful man who comes out of The White Rabbit for his cigarette breaks. But something bothers, Tina. She has never seen him smile. EVER. So she decided to brighten his day with a little bit of sugar. What she didn't expect was a whole whirlwind of events all because of Nikolai Leokov.
And it all started when she friend-zoned him.
This was such a quick and fun read! The characters were all lovable and I can't help but laugh out loud at most of their escapades and silly antics!
TINA TOMIC. If there ever was a feisty heroine in a novel, it's Teeny Tina! Her POVs are so fun to read. It isn't hard to love this sweet, quirky character. But she's not just a pretty face or a happy-all-day-every-day airhead. She's got her own issues and character flaws which makes her all the more interesting as a character. Belle Aurora was able to give her the depth that brings book characters to life and makes them pop right out of the page.
The same is true with
NIK LEOKOV, our hot, hunky, brooding, badass, oh, yeah, did I mention HOT? He's funny, he's sweet and he's gonna have you fall in love with him right on the get-go!
The rest of the characters are so memorable and I really want more of them. I'd be reading the rest of the series for sure! :)
Hmm, I just had to kind of get used to the writing style at first. It all felt a but rant-y to me at first but once I got into the flow of the character's minds and POV, I actually began turning page after page until there were no more pages left!
All in all, FRIEND-ZONED is a funny, light read with just the right amount of drama to tug on your heartstrings.
